AEK: Moreira and Gondika complain to ESAKE about debt

Yannick Moreira and Kostis Gondikas filed a complaint against AEK with ESAKE for debts to his person, whereby the Union was again threatened with the deduction of points.

AEK is again threatened with having points withdrawn from the Stoiximan Basket League over debts to its former athletes. In particular to Yannick Moreiras and Kostis Gondikas who have filed a complaint to ESAKE.

Both inform through the prescribed channels of non-compliance with the agreements, which has to do with their repayment, a problem which – if it persists – can lead to the deduction of points. Something that reminds us that it almost happened a few weeks ago because of Matt Lodzeski and Jonas Matsioulis.

In fact, this is the tip of the iceberg of KAE AEK’s debt to its former athletes, as more may follow the same (legal) path very soon.

All of this for a club that, at the time of writing, has seventeen (17) suspensions from the FIBA’s BAT.
