Yannis Tima found refuge in the G-League
After the mini-pass from Unics Kazan, Yannis Tima decided to move to the United States to play with the colors of the Orlando Magic team in the G-League.
After almost a decade of playing professionally in Europe, Yannis Tima decided at the age of 29 to try his luck in the USA. However, not in the NBA, but in the G-League.
Specifically, the Orlando Magic subsidiary, which also has rights on the other side of the Atlantic.
After moving from Olympiakos (2018-’19), Yannis Tima joined Khimki and Unics Kazan in Russia, where he didn’t stay long. Notably, he only played three times in EuroLeague with a total of 3 points (with 1/6 three points), 2 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 1 error in 28’35” of participation against Alba, Red Star and Olympiakos.
