Big hit with Wagner for EuroBasket hosts Germany
With the worst omens ahead of EuroBasket 2022, Germany has lost its key striker, Mo Wagner.
Shock in the German national team, a few weeks before the start of the EuroBasket 2022, which will be held in Cologne and Berlin, when the state association announced on Wednesday afternoon (10.8.) that Mo Wagner is injured and will miss both qualifying games for the 2023 World Cup and the following one Event.
The 2’11 tall 25-year-old has 7.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in 196 games in his NBA career with the Lakers, Wizards, Celtics and Magic and is considered a good player to tag stars like Giannis Antetokounmpo with who he was with had in the past… a vendetta.
Germany is in Group B along with Hungary, Slovenia, Lithuania, Bosnia and France.
