The girls’ national team travels to Portugal for the U16 European Championship
The girls national team, coached by Giannis Ktistakis, travels to Matosinhos, Portugal for the U16 European Championship tonight.
The girls’ national team is the last of the “minor” national teams to enter the pitch…officially. Their own European Championships will be held August 19-27 in Matosinhos, Portugal.
The team is leaving tonight (16/8), the first opponent will be the particularly strong France (19/8, 8:30 p.m.). The Greek team has been drawn into Group 3, which includes France, the Czech Republic and Denmark.
