Exceptional loss for the Brooklyn Nets at home of the Sacramento Kings (112-101) and sixth straight season. Steve Nas’ players took an early lead but suffered a setback in the final period, scoring just 15 points and eventually being defeated by a team that lost seven in a row.
All of this despite the absence of DeAron Fox, who remains out of action while the rest of Sacramento puts in great teamwork. Significantly, seven of the nine players used scored double-digit points, led by Harrison Barnes as first and best (19 points with 3/5 three points).
On the other hand, Nick Claxton (23 points with 9/11 shots and 11 rebounds) was saved from the general Brooklyn wreck shared by both James Harden (4 points with 2/11 shots) and Kyrie Irving ( 14 points with 5/15 shots).
