The trash talk between Frazier and Shorts almost caused a fight in the final of AEK – Bonn
TJ Shorts and Tim Frazier were there early on, with the trash talk in the finale going slightly over the top, bordering on a brawl.
TJ Shortz was key to Bonn’s excitement and win over AEK for the Basketball Champions League. The Germany side’s small guard had even opened up a dialogue with Tim Frazier early in the second half while the visitors came back hard to claim the win, resulting in both being handed a technical penalty just before the final of the third Period.
The feud between the two didn’t stop until the finale, when by the end of the game, TJ Shorts was willing to continue the trash talking to such an extent that it almost ended in a floor brawl.
The security guard from Bonn kept talking to his opponent, who finally asked him to talk, but without getting the situation out of control thanks to the intervention of the cooler ones.
