The basketball program of the day: Peristeri bwin and PAOK in the play-in battle in the BCL
Peristeri bwin and PAOK are tested away in the premiere of the Basketball Champions League play-in tournament with a goal of break.
After a brief hiatus, action returns in the Basketball Champions League with PAOK and Peristeri bwin jump into the battle of the play-in tournament. The two teams finished third in their group during the regular season and entered the intermediate stage of the competition at a home disadvantage.
PAOK will be tested against Ritas Vilnius with multiple absentees (Nate Renfro, Diamantis Slaftsakis, Giorgos Kamberidis, Thodoris Konstantinidis) while Peristeri will take on Dijon on French soil.
The two series of the play-in are Best-of-Three, Opera and Means that qualification for the “16” stage will be judged on the two wins.
The program in detail:
- (19:30) Ritas Vilnius – PAOK (Cosmote Sport 4HD)
- (21:00) Dijon – Taube bwin (Cosmote Sport 5HD)
The women’s A1 also starts a little earlier, Panathletikos meets Chania.
