Hapoel Holon fires Guy Goodes as coach
The name Stefanos Dedas could be heard loudly in the last few hours for the coaching office, but Hapoel Holon is very close to an agreement with the Israeli coach Guy Gudes.
The question from the coach at Hapoel Holon appears to end with reports from Israel that Guy Goodes will be the team’s new coach. After Mauricio Buscalia’s dismissal, however, rumors circulated that the team was interested in Stefanos Dedas, according to journalist Jacob Meyer, Gudes, who has also been acting head coach of the National Israel for several months – is the predominant solution.
Goodes even sat as an assistant on the bench of the Israeli U20 national team and on the Bank of Great Britain from 2013 to 2015. That season he was the head coach of Maccabi Rishon, who ranks 12th in the league in Israel.
