Malaga ended the miss and scored the first basket after 14 minutes
In the 14th minute of the game with Manresa for the BCL playoffs, Malaga scored their first basket. Until then, Unicaja only hit with shots.
Manresa’s game against Malaga for the Basketball Champions League playoffs was a typically Spanish struggle. But it didn’t quite turn out that way, because the hosts were ahead by 25 points in the final of the first period (!) and the guests needed 14 minutes to score their first basket.
Unicaja finished the ten minutes with 0/18 shots and only scored until the 14th minute (33-5) when Tim Abromaitis scored the first two points from an assist by Alberto Diath. The half-time score (47-21) left Malaga with no hope of turning back, with Manresa having 41% on two points (9/22), 58% on three points (7/12) and 15 assists for six errors against 4/19 with two points , 2/14 three points, 7/8 shots and five assists for nine errors.
