AEK Betsson’s roster includes Shannon Evans and Travis Trice
The cases of Shannon Evans and Travis Trice are on the list of AEK Betsson, which is testing the market to strengthen itself in the “1” position.
Looking for a quality addition to the perimeter is AEK Betsson, which has two American point guards with European experience on its roster. The reason for this is Shannon Evans (29 years old, 1.85 meters) and Travis Trice (30 years old, 1.83 meters).
The former passed through countries such as France (Ortez), Turkey (Bahçeşehir) and Spain (Real Betis, Valencia) and made the move to the EuroLeague in January 2023 when he put on the Valencia jersey. He didn’t stay long in the Spanish team and found the next stage of his career in China.
The latter has played on the other side of the Atlantic and in the G-League, while on the Old Continent he has played in Tofas, Strasbourg, Brescia, Galatasaray, Śląsk Wroclaw and Murcia. The last stop in his career was China, as was the case with Evans.
A formal offer has not yet been made to either of them, but both names are on the Union’s shortlist, among others.
