The possible opponents of AEK, PAOK and Peristeri in the Basketball Champions League
The Basketball Champions League of the 2022/23 season is impressively strong, with AEK, PAOK and Peristeri learning about their potential opponents in the group stage of the competition.
The three Greek teams that will take part in the competition, AEK, PAOK and Peristeri, found out their potential opponents in the Basketball Champions League of the 2022/23 season on Tuesday afternoon (5 July).
The first capacity group included AEK, Manresa, Nieburg, Hapoel Holon, Hapoel Jerusalem, Burg, Tenerife and Strasbourg, teams (excluding AEK) that allow PAOK and Peristeri to be drawn with.
The second group included Sassari, Zompatelli, Ostend, Igokea, Ludwigsburg, Karsigiaka, Ritas, Riga, groups that can be drawn with all three Greek teams without restrictions.
The third group included Daroussafaka, Galatasaray, Limoges, PAOK, Peristeri, Bilbao, Bonn and Murcia, teams that (apart from PAOK and Peristeri) can draw AEK with.
The fourth group included Bahcesehir, Bnei Erzelija, Legia Warsaw, Reggio Emilia and the four teams that will stand out from the qualifying stage (Baken Bears, Bamberg, Tofas, Malaga, Fribourg, Karhu, Kerenos, Opava, Corment, Chemnitz, Breogan, Benfica, Budivelnik, Voluntari, Pärnu, Siauliai, Den Bosch, Leicester, Norrkoping, Gmunden, FMP, Gili, Patrioti Levice, TFT Skopje). From this group are all possible opponents for AEK, PAOK, Peristeri.
The draws will take place on Thursday 7th July at Patrick Baumann House of Basketball in Switzerland.
