AEK’s recruitment of Ilias Kanzouris is official
KAE AEK announced the hiring of Ilias Kantzouris for the upcoming season.
KAE AEK’s agreement with Ilias Kantzouris (it was concluded three days ago) took official form on Thursday, July 7th. The Yellow-Blacks announced the deal with the veteran technician, who left Kolossos after two years of outstanding work and merit.
Elias Kanzouris replaces Kouros Segouras on the Union bench.
The relevant announcement:
“AEK BC announces that it has signed an agreement with Ilias Kanzouris, who has signed a contract until the end of the 2022-2023 season.”
In his first remarks as AEK head coach, Ilias Kanzouris said: “It is a great honor and responsibility to take on the technical leadership of AEK. I thank the President, Mr Makis Angelopoulos, and the Director General, Mr Giorgos Hina, for their trust. Our goal is to form a team that honors the emblem, colors and tradition of this very large federation in the best possible way. The rest of the stadium…“.
