AEK-Transfers: Announcement of acquisition of Nikos Persidis
AEK’s player for next season will be Nikos Persidis with Union announcing the agreement between the two teams.
From Lavrio, AEK will find Nikos Persidis, with Union announcing their agreement with the Greek striker for the new season of competition.
The international player with a stint in Panathinaikos will add to AEK’s efforts in Greece and Europe this year while he was average last season 4.48 points per game, shooting 48.9% from three.

Nikos Persidis was born on 09/08/1995 in Chalkida, where he took his first steps at GS Chalkidas. In the 2013/14 season, he competed with Ikaros Chalkidas while making his Basket League debut at 18.
He also competed in Psychiko, Pagrati, Ionian Nicaea, National Piraeus. In the 2018-19 season, he played for Diagoras Dryopideon, averaging 6.2 points and 4 rebounds in 29 games. This was followed by his move to PAO. He stayed in the “green” squad for 1.5 years before moving to Lavrio. By the time that ended, Persidis had 4.48 points per game, shooting 48.9% from three, according to MO.
