On August 23rd, AEK’s first training session for the 2022/23 season
AEK announced their preparation plan for the 2022/23 season, with the players’ first meeting scheduled for August 23 while they face Panathinaikos in the first friendly of the year.
AEK announced the detailed program of their preparation for the 2022/23 season and, among other things, announced that the first training session was scheduled for August 23 at Ano Liosia Stadium.
The program includes several friendlies and participation in two preparatory tournaments.
The announcement in detail:
“The “Queen” is preparing for the demanding 2022-2023 season.
The start of the preparation is scheduled for Tuesday, August 23rd at our HOUSE in Ano Liosia.
The “premier” of friendlies is scheduled for Saturday, September 3 at the Closed of OAKA with “opponent” PAO.
The schedule of friendly preparations so far is as follows:
Saturday, 03.09. (OAKA): PAO-AEK
Saturday, September 10th (Olympic Hall Ano Liosion): AEK – Lavrio
Wednesday, 09/14 (Pylea): PAOK-AEK
Saturday, 09/17 – Sunday, 18.09. (“Andreas Papandreou”): “Nikos Fassouras” tournament (participating teams: Peristeri, PAOK, Cluj Napoca, AEK).
Saturday, 09/24 – Sunday, 25.09. (Teramo): Trofeo D’Abruzzo Torneo Internazionale Di Basket (participating teams: Bayern Munich, AEK, Pesaro, Verona).”
At the same time, AEK also announced Ilias Kanzouris’ partners on the team bench for the new season. These are Giannis Sioutis, Vangelis Tsepelis, Stratos Tsampis (gymnast) and Nakis Mouratitis.
