Dek hits the big shot and Tavares saves for Real’s double in Bilbao
Real needed a combination of things to beat Bilbao away and remain alone in Endeda in the Liga.
Real Madrid pushed themselves to the limit before beating Bilbao 85-80, scoring ten wins in their first 12 Endesa Liga games.
The Whites’ defense suffered incredibly from Hakanson’s heat (29 points from 8/10 two-pointers, 46 three-pointers), but in the last two minutes she had the quality to avoid danger and conquer the double she was alone in the tip held .
