Barcelona: Bolmaro’s transfer bursts, the Argentine travels to Tenerife
Change of scene when Leandro Bolmaro was transferred to FC Barcelona – until a few days ago. Both sides disagreed on finances and the Argentinian ex-NBA player is heading to Tenerife at full speed.
In Spain, until a few days ago, Leandro Bolmaro’s transfer return to the team that established him in the EuroLeague and showed him the way to the NBA was more than certain.
However, the latest developments show that the 22-year-old (1.98m) Argentinian will not wear the shirt of Barcelona, but that of the Intercontinental Cup winners Tenerife.
According to Spanish media, a major financial gap has been closed between Barcelona and Bolmaro, who has made his return to Iberia a priority after his (probably) unsuccessful stint in the NBA.
El Mundo Deportivo report that Blaugrana have offered Bolmaro €500,000 until the end of the current season with the prospect of renegotiating a new two-year deal from next summer.
The proposal did not satisfy the player’s side, who will however remain in Iberia as Tenerife entered the Bay without knowing the amount of his financial proposal.
