Real Madrid Calvary: Four games in eight days in Liga Endesa and EuroLeague
Unbelievable yet true: Real Madrid have to play four games in eight days after beating Partizan in Game 4.
Amid the many problems they are facing (most recently the serious injury of Gabriel Dijk), Real Madrid are dealing with the pressure of wins and back-to-back games in the EuroLeague and Liga Endesa.
The win over Partizan may have brought the series back to Madrid, but it also ensured even greater volume of play for Chus Mateo’s side in the coming days.
Look, Real Madrid will more or less play four games in eight days. Three for the Endesa League and one (the most important) for the EuroLeague. And for Liga Endesa, however, they are said to be hugely important as the ‘Queen’ are chasing first place in the regular season, currently third – a win behind Barcelona and Baskonia.
Specifically, Real Madrid plays:
- on Sunday 7 May at home against Unicaja Malaga
- On Wednesday, May 10, at home against Partizan
- On Friday 12 May away against Valencia
- On Sunday, May 14, away against Gran Canaria
