Valencia have abandoned Dimitrijevic’s project
Valencia announced their early split from 25-year-old point guard Nenad Dimitrijevic.
In a surprise announcement, Valencia made a surprise announcement on Sunday afternoon (4/6) after ending their collaboration with Nenad Dimitrijevic (1998, 1:90 minutes) by mutual consent, despite having a contract for two more years and one of them is the most promising guardians of Europe.
The 25-year-old winger joined Valencia in 2021, played there for a season and averaged 8.4 points, 1.5 rebounds and 3.9 assists in 33 games in all competitions. The following season (2022-23), Dimitrievich was loaned to Unics Kazan, where he averaged 11.4 points, 2.1 rebounds and 5.7 assists in 32 VTB league games.
