Garuba is close to returning to Real Madrid
Ousmane Garouba was recently released by the Thunder and all signs point to him returning to his usual haunts, namely Real Madrid.
According to Onda Madrid Spanish journalist Carlos Sanchez Blas, Ousman Garuba is close to returning to Real Madrid.
The tall 21-year-old, who was released by the Thunder a few days ago, was with Real from 2017 to 2021 before moving to the NBA.
During his time with the Queen, Garuba recorded 53 appearances in the EuroLeague, averaging 4 points and 3.7 rebounds while scoring one goal in the final season 3 points and 4.1 rebounds in 75 regular season games with the Houston Rockets.
