Difficult double win for Real Madrid in Manresa with Cabasso and Moussa
Without Eddie Tavares, Real Madrid struggled with an away win against Manresa (94-88) on the second matchday of the Liga Endesa.
With 15 three-point shots, 57% two-point shots and 21 assists, Real Madrid hoped for an easy evening in the home game in Manresa. And yet the European champions struggled mightily until they clinched victory (94-88), with Facundo Cabasso and Janan Moussa standing out, but also Sergio Yule following on the night Eddie Tavares missed out.
The Argentine had 15 points and 8 assists, the Bosnian scored 23 points on 13 shots while the Spanish legend had 13 points in 22 minutes. Real finished the game with 15/36 three-pointers, while Manresa relied on Badio (16 points in 26 minutes), Robinson (12 points, 5 rebounds), Perez (12 points, 9 assists) and Give (10 points, 6 rebounds) .
