Dragan Sakota is favorite for the Zaragoza bench, according to a Spanish publication
The sacking of Jaume Ponsarnau from the Zaragoza bench has, according to Encestando, put the Spanish side at the top of the list in search of a manager by the name of Dragan Sakota
Zaragoza are looking for a manager who, following the sacking of Jaume Ponsarnaou, is looking for a coach committed to taking the side to the Liga Endesa championship by the end of the season. According to Encestando (which is also confirmed by the Serbian Mozzartsport), the former coach of AEK, Dragan Sakota, is one of the favorites to take over the technical lead.
Sakota was on the bench for the Red Star in 2020 while the Zaragoza side’s back-to-back defeats appear to have been the reason for his sacking Ponsarnaou and the chance of a fresh start with a very experienced coach on the bench.
