Barcelona were pushed ahead of Olympiacos by Andorra, but Abrines kept them in the final
Barcelona made simple things difficult and beat Andorra 91-87 in the fourth round of the Liga Endesa. Abrines’ two three-pointers in the final were decisive. Blaugrana’s next opponent is Olympiacos (October 13, 9:15 p.m.).
Barcelona had a difficult task against Andorra in the matchday 4 game of the Liga Endesa. Roger Grimau’s team struggled a bit, but ultimately won 91-87, a few days before their EuroLeague second-round game against Olympiakos (10/13, 9:15 p.m.).
Alex Abrines played a key role in the final, scoring two very big three-pointers in the last two minutes. On the first he got it to 84-81 before the final and on the second he got it to 90-84 at 46 inches.
In addition to Abrines, who was considered the savior in the final, Willy Hernangometh, who achieved a double-double with 15 points, 10 rebounds, and Tomas Satoranski with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists also had a very good presence.
