A 3-point bomb from Andres Feliz from 20 meters on the hour mark that reset the clock decided the outcome of Badalona’s game against Bilbao.
Unimaginable things happened in the game between Badalona and Bilbao on matchday 10 of the Endesa League. The home team trailed 76-69 with 55 inches to go, but managed to score a thrilling 81-79 victory thanks to Andres Feliz’s buzzer-beater from 20 yards with a three-pointer.
The game ended 78:78. Bilbao had 4.6 inches of rebounding before the final, but Cristian Koulamae missed a mid-range shot. Feliz collected the rebound and threw the ball away without seeming like he had much confidence in his shot. Where everything looked like the game would end In extra time, the bomb fired by the 26-year-old guard from the Dominican Republic found its target, was decided in time and the whole of Badalona erupted in celebration.
As a reminder, Feliz finished the game with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists, while former Panathinaikos player Deson Thomas, who scored 25 points and 5 rebounds, also had a great performance.
