Real Madrid: Juanzo Hernangomet’s data with a view to the summer
Real Madrid have their sights set on even more important transfer reinforcements, with El Mundo revealing that their next big goal is Juanzo Hernangometh.
The Gabriel Deck takeover appears to be just the beginning for Real Madrid, which reportedly shows a willingness to be renewed (as much as possible) and to water the potential with fresh blood. Always from the highest shelf.
Pablo Lasso plans to shuffle the deck in the front positions, with the 27-year-old forward’s return being just the beginning. Especially since – according to Spanish reports always – both Jeffrey Taylor and Trey Tombkins are expected to leave next summer.
Somehow, given the off-season, “El Mundo” threw a new … bomb. In her opinion, the big transfer goal of the “Queen” is the repatriation of Juanzo Hernangometh (26, 02.06) with a view to the summer.
The athletic striker has been in the NBA for five years, but has not been able to establish himself enough to become an important part of the rotation. It is telling that he is playing a small role for the Boston Celtics this season, where he scores 1.1 points and 1.4 rebounds per game.
This fact, combined with the detail that the contract “running” in the NBA is not guaranteed for 2022/23, is enough to pour grist to the mill of gossip about his case.
The question is, of course, whether there will be an organization that will guarantee the 6,632,880 US dollars they have received for the next season (ss: whether it is the Boston Celtics or another team in the event of a new exchange acts). By the way, everything about his contract will be clarified by June 30th, 2022, then the corresponding period for the “guarantee” of his money will expire. Otherwise, it cannot be ruled out that he will board the return flight to Europe, from which he has been absent since 2016 – he was voted 16th in the NBA draft after a good two years in Estudiantes.
By the way, Juanzo Hernangomet has been an important member of “rocha” in recent years and has two medals in his collection: gold at the World Cup in China (2019) and bronze at the EuroBasket in Turkey (2017).
