Real Madrid activated Tomas Hertel after two months
Tomas Hertel returns to the Real Madrid dozen after two months as Pablo Lasso was caught off guard following injuries to Yul, Williams-Goss and Allothen.
Two months without a team were a lot for Tomas Hertel. Pablo Lasso didn’t count on him, didn’t put him in the dozen for the matches in the Final Four in Belgrade, but the many injury problems Real have at the guards forced the Madrid coach to put the French point guard in action for tonight home game with Basconia for the semi-finals of the Endesa League.
Hertel has no rhythm, he’s been training alone and Lasso is hoping to get something from him with Nigel Williams-Goss, Carlos Allothen and Sergio Yul all out. Real are 1-0 ahead of Basconia and want today (4/6, 19:00, Cosmote Sport 7HD, Match Center at Sportish) 2:0 for has three chances of victory, which leads him to the final of the Endesa League.
