Marc Gasol led Girona to the Endesa league injured

Gasol finished the game with 11 points, 6 rebounds, 4 steals, 2 blocks and 26 points on the scoring system, with Max Fielerup being Girona’s top scorer with 19 points but 8/19 shots. All of this on a day of celebration for the city and the football team that have risen to the country’s top division with a 3-1 away win over Tenerife.
