Euro League
Itudis’ first day at Fenerbahce
With his national team commitments over, Dimitris Itoudis went to Istanbul to ‘manage’ Fenerbahce’s preparations.
While the national team claimed the award at EuroBasket 2022 (which didn’t come), Fenerbahce’s preparations began.
Of course, Dimitris Itoudis was absent from the main stage as Greece’s national coach. He was covered by the whole time Stefanos Dedas who followed him from CSKA Moscow to the Turkish team.
However, on Sunday (September 18) the 52-year-old coach attended training as usual and took on the remaining tasks that will continue until the start of the new season.
It made sense for him to chat with partners and new players about what’s happened so far, not to mention that he hasn’t had an update and what needs to follow from now on.
In addition to Dimitris Itoudis, the Serb Marko Guduric was also integrated.
