Papapetrou scores in double digits, completing Partizan’s win over Lokomotiv Kuban for the VTB League Super Cup
Ioannis Papapetrou was recently included in the preparation of Partizan, but was by no means overwhelmed in a comfortable win over Lokomotiv Kuban.
The Serbian teams did not ban the Russian ones. On the contrary, they support them. Both Partizan and Mega accepted the invitation to participate in the inaugural VTB League Super Cup.
The whole Zeljko Obradovic traveled to Moscow as usual and met Lokomotiv Kuban on Friday. That means one of the top four teams last season in the competition.
The difference in quality was known in advance and was shown in action as the new EuroLeague member prevailed 92-70 and prevailed in all four quarters of the competition, with six players having double-digit points.
