In a crowded stadium, Turkish journalists spotted Mateus Ponitka watching Karsijaka – Fenerbahce.
According to Turkish media such as CNN Turk and a photo circulating on Twitter, etc Mateus Ponitka was in Izmir on Thursday evening (09/22) and watched the game between Karsijaka and Fenerbahce by Dimitris Itoudis.
The 29-year-old Polish guard/forward, who has already been announced for Panathinaikos by Italian side Rezzo Emilia, has been linked with Smyrna club in the past and is reportedly still in touch.
