EuroLeague: Final Four meeting, new news about Belgrade and new date
On Monday the EuroLeague meets for the Final Four and according to basketnews the decision to move the headquarters to Belgrade on a new date has already been made.
The prevailing epidemiological situation in Berlin (the seat originally intended for the 2022 Final Four) seems to make the possibility of moving the Final Four to Belgrade, specifically Stark Arena, even stronger. And on a new date, namely from May 20th to 22nd.
As reported by Basket News, then the Final Four will leave Berlin and not on May 27-29. The event is awarded to the Serbs, but since the Stark Arena is not available on those three days, the games will take place a week earlier.
Everything is to be clarified in the new EuroLeague conference call, which is scheduled for Monday 28.2. is planned and will be about the Final Four.
