The broadcast of Anadolu Efes in Monte Carlo gave a sigh of relief to Olympiakos, who now sit fourth of the regular season and home field advantage in the EuroLeague playoffs.

The defeat in Berlin hurt Olympiakos but did not change the dates for the quartet and home field advantage. Because on Friday evening (November 3rd) Anantolou Efes was dragged to Monte Carlo (102:80), which meant he missed the chance offered to him by Piraeus and stayed well away from them until the home stretch of the regular period.
