The games of Villeurbanne with Monaco and Real Madrid with Unics Kazan for the 19th EuroLeague game will not be due to a coronavirus.

Villeurbanne’s game against Monaco for the 19th EuroLeague game has been postponed due to the coronavirus cases at the hosts. Despite the change decided by EuroLeague Basketball to reduce the quarantine days for vaccinated players, Villeurbanne was unable to reach the required number of eight (8) healthy / available players for the game.

The same thing happened with Real Madrid’s game against Unics Kazan. This time, of course, the “Queen” is not the culprit, but the … victim of history, as all the players returned safe and sound after the coronavirus wave that hit them. Now the team affected by the history of the pandemic is Unics Kazan, which made the relevant application which was later accepted.

So for the second week in a row, the race schedule will be out of date. Details about the games that have already been postponed due to the coronavirus:

  • Alba – Panathinaikos OPAP
  • Anadolu Efes – Bavaria
  • Zalgiris – Olympiacos
  • Villeurbanne – Monaco
  • Real Madrid – Unics Kazan
