Lepeniotis: “Unique success is the 2nd place of the regular season”
Nikos Lepeniotis publicly congratulated everyone on winning 2nd place in the EuroLeague regular season.
Real Madrid’s home loss to Bayern Munich saw Olympiakos finish 2nd, the best for a Greek team in the EuroLeague regular season since the top European tournament adopted the existing system.
The day after confirming the Red-Whites’ success, Nikos Lepeniotis rushed to publicly congratulate everyone on what they have achieved so far in the EuroLeague.
Specifically, the Olympiacos GM stated: “Congratulations to the entire Olympiacos BC team for the unique achievement of winning 2nd place of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season! Especially in the administration, the players and the staff. We keep going even stronger! #OlympiacosBC“.
