Landlord: “It was a very special evening for me, in a place that I consider my home”
Matias Lessor publicly thanked the Partizan management and the fans for the welcome at the Stark Arena.
Matias Lessor was the face of Panathinaikos AKTOR’s game against Partizan in Belgrade last night. The Greens centre-back was honored by the Serbian club’s management for his two-year commitment and was then adored by the crowd at Stark Arena.
The day after the game, he didn’t miss the opportunity to thank everyone publicly via Instagram.
Specifically what he wrote:
“Yesterday was a very special evening for me, unfortunately we couldn’t get the result we wanted, even though we fought until the end. I thank the Partizan family and the Großari (ss: the organized friends of the Serbian team) for this wonderful welcome in a place that I consider my home. There were many feelings that I couldn’t even imagine. I would also like to say a big thank you to everyone who came to Matson’s (i.e. his son’s) birthday and for all the gifts we received. See you in Athens“.
