There is no risk that Olympiakos will be punished for the case involving referee Bisang; the EuroLeague has not even opened a file
The EuroLeague hasn’t even opened the file of referee Bisang’s complaint about racist behavior, so Olympiacos has not been asked to apologize and faces no penalty.
There is no risk of punishment for Olympiakos in the case involving referee Bisang, as the EuroLeague has not even opened a file on the case. The Red and Whites will not be asked to apologize and will therefore not be punished for the incident.
In Olympiacos’ game against Valencia, referee Bisang demanded that a racist attack by a fan be noted on the scoresheet.
KAE Olympiacos immediately responded by condemning the incident and banning the fan in question from the Peace and Friendship Stadium.
We remind you that the Union of Players, Referees and Coaches of the League stood by Bisang and issued a statement condemning the racist attack on the referee.
The case hasn’t even been opened by the EuroLeague yet and Olympiacos faces no punishment for the incident.
