Fear of Larkin’s serious injury in Anadolu Efes
Ergin Ataman said after the Panathinaikos game that Shane Larkin injured his knee and there are fears his injury could be serious.
Anadolu Efes won Panathinaikos 82-81 thanks to Adrien Moerman’s three-pointer, but they weren’t as happy with the result as they wanted. And the reason was Shane Larkin’s injury.
The American with Turkey’s passport keeper injured his knee during the game which kept him out of action for the last two minutes and Ergin Ataman explained the reason after the game.
““Larkin was injured and there was concern that he would relapse.” The Anadolu Efes coach initially said, adding: “He wanted out of the game. It works magnetically and I hope there is no problem with its connections. The situation looks serious, otherwise I wouldn’t have left him out in the final of the match.”
