A game suspension for Jones from Turk Telecom, he loses the match against Promethea
One shot, one game! Turk Telecom’s Tyreek Jones will not play Prometheus in EuroCup Round 15 (7/3) as he has been banned for one game for the incident he caused in the Trento game.
The slap given by Turk Telecom’s Tyrik Jones to Trento’s Trent Lockett during play in the 14th EuroCup game did not go unpunished by the organizing authority.
The Disciplinary Board imposed a one-game suspension on Jones, who will miss the Turkish team’s game against Prometheus of Patras. This game is scheduled for March 7th in Ankara.
We remind you that both Jones and the “recipient” of the slap, Trent Lockett, were eliminated from Trento’s game against Turk Telecom (72-80).
