The Turk Telekom bus crashed into the windshield of the bus ahead of the EuroCup final

Sudden braking, apparently deliberately applied by the driver of the bus transporting Turk Telecom to Spain, caused Erdem Can’s neck injury hours before the EuroCup final against Gran Canaria.

An unpleasant “surprise” awaited Turk Telecom a few hours before the EuroCup final against Gran Canaria, which will give the winning team a ticket to the EuroLeague for the 2023/24 season, when the Turkish club’s coach, Erdem Can, slammed his neck after hitting the windshield of the bus.

The Turkish team suffered quite a bit from the driver of the coach that took them to Spain’s stadium where the final will take place, as it appears to have been turned around on purpose on purpose to lengthen a journey that under normal circumstances should only have taken 10 minutes have.

At the same time, Turk Telecom CEO, Oder Kolsembas, complained that the driver played the music on the bus very loud and didn’t turn it down despite repeated requests from people in the group. That’s why the coach of the Turkish club said, Erdem Can, got up from his seat to again tell the driver to turn down the volume, and appears to have braked sharply – on purpose – causing the Turkish coach’s neck injury after crashing into the windscreen .

“He trained the team with a collar and then went to the hospital on a stretcher. We don’t want to blame the EuroCup or Gran Canaria but unfortunately there is a motive and whoever is responsible for it must be held accountable. We’re working on it, but first of all we hope that our coach is healthy.” Mr. Kolsembas hinted indicatively.

Yogi Ferrell is back in the ABA league, but not for Partizan

Published

on

Partizan’s courtship of Yogi Ferrell didn’t end in marriage, but the diminutive American guard returned to the ABA league and signed a contract with Buduchnost.

Yogi Ferrell (1993, 1:83 minutes) and Partizan were close to agreeing on a contract for a few months with the option of an extension until the end of the season. However, the former Panathinaikos guard eventually backed down when he saw that Black and White Belgrade’s fans weren’t very keen on the sound of his name.

However, the small winger wanted to leave China and return to Europe, so he reached an agreement with Buduchnost and will therefore play in the ABA League again, as well as the EuroCup.

Last season, while playing for Cedevita, Ferrell averaged 16.4 points, 2.9 rebounds and 5.4 assists in 29 Adriatic League games.
