The 28-year-old Powell is playing in the seventh season of his NBA career and was the second in a Trail Blazers uniform. Powell was acquired by Portland in a trade that moved Gary Trent Jr. to the Raptors.
As a result, Powell will be joined by former teammates Kawhi Leonard and Serge Ibaka, with whom he won the 2019 NBA Championship.
For his part, Covington will join a 5th team in his nine-season NBA career. In 48 games this season, he averaged 7.6 points and 5.7 rebounds per game.
Now 32, Bledsoe averaged 9.9 points per game. He averages just over 25 minutes per game. He was selected twice in the NBA defense team.
The Blazers are also taking rookie Keon Johnson, who was the 21st overall in the final draft. He played one part of the season with the Clippers and the other part in the G-League.
