New surgery for Lonzo Ball on his left knee
Lonzo Ball has to go through the surgery door again, with the Bulls announcing he will have new surgery on his left knee and his case will be re-evaluated in 4-6 weeks.
The mystery surrounding Lonzo Ball’s injury remains. In the new news that broke, the Bulls announced that the team’s starting point guard will undergo reoperation on his left knee and will be re-examined in 4-6 weeks.
Ball has been out since Jan. 14 when he underwent an arthroscopy with the original plan to miss 6-8 weeks. However, it has been eight months since then and Ball remains sidelined as the Bulls announced a few weeks ago that he would miss the start of preseason. But in the end he will lose a lot more time.
This is the third surgery Ball will undergo on his left knee, having walked through the surgical door as a Lakers player before the start of the 2018-19 season.
