Tension on the Rockets bench during a timeout between Green and Smith
Things got out of hand on the Rockets bench during a timeout against the Jazz when Jaylen Green and Jabari Smith traded some… French and got separated from their teammates.
The Rockets earned their first win of the year, defeating the Jazz 114-108 in Houston. Minutes before they recorded the result, however, they almost disintegrated.
With the game in the final minutes and Houston calling for a time-out, Jabari Smith and Jaylen Green had a row on the bench that resulted in the… Frenchman. Smith even got up to make a threatening move for his teammate, but enough people got in the way to make sure that didn’t happen.
Anyhow, the positive result probably helped put everyone’s mind at ease afterwards.
