What injury did Deandre Ayton suffer?
It is not yet confirmed what kind of injury Ayton suffered: medical tests are pending this Friday night, at the end of the Suns’ home game.
From what Ayton’s injury looked like, everything points to a sprained ankle, an injury that the player has dealt with several times throughout his career and on the same ankle: he has already missed more than 15 games throughout his NBA career due to this affliction. In addition, he missed seven games last season due to a sprained ankle but in his right leg.
