Jaylen Brown announced his departure from Kanye West’s Donda Sports after the famous rapper’s anti-Semitic comments.
Jaylen Brown has been without an agency for several hours. The 26-year-old Boston Celtics guard/forward has officially announced that he is ending his partnership with Donda Sports, the management company of famous rapper Kanye West, following the latter’s recent anti-Semitic remarks.
“Over the past 24 hours I have been able to reflect and better understand how my previous statements lack clarity in expressing my position on recent public statements and actions.
For that I apologize and try to be as clear as possible. I will continue to take a firm stand against all forms of anti-Semitism, hate speech and oppressive rhetoric…And for that reason I am ending my partnership with Donda Sports.”stressed Brown.
