Oklahoma City Thunder win. OKC took an 18-12 overtime victory in Dallas in a game that seemed doomed in the fourth quarter.

Oklahoma dominates overtime. Dallas remains completely dry on offense, with just two points in more than three minutes, and another 3-pointer from Isaiah Joe plus a confident Shai Gilgeous-Alexander attacking the rim are close to giving the OKC Thunder a miracle win. Dallas has a minute and a half to try to overturn a seven-point deficit.

OKC sends the game into overtime! Trailing 20-4 and Isaiah Joe’s 3-pointer with 15 seconds left, the OKC Thunder managed to tie the game to send it into overtime. Doncic had one last chance to win, but failed to score, defending Lou Dort.

The OKC Thunder’s final rush. After a 14-point deficit, Oklahoma City went on a 5-0 run to hang on, though it seems too late: trailing 97-90 with two minutes left.

Without Doncic, Dallas comes close to winning. Doncic hasn’t returned to the game yet, but the Mavericks extended their lead to 92-79 against a scruffy OKC, with turnovers and rushing shots.

Wood and Dinwiddie are floating in Dallas. The Mavericks now get back on the board and lead 80-75, while Doncic rests and Dinwiddie and Wood carry the offense. There are nine and a half minutes left in the game in which Facundo Campazzo has yet to see action.

OKC came back at the right time. Partial 8-2 for OKC Thunder in the last three minutes of the third quarter that leads them to be ahead in the final period: 72-71 for the visitors with 22 points from Gilgeous-Alexander and 12 points from a very important Bazley in this time .

A different moment. Unlike the first half, Dallas is now scoring points on every play against OKC’s paint zone and is still ahead, 69-64 with 3:30 left in the third quarter.

Doncic, party owner. Five minutes into the third quarter, the Mavericks are held by Doncic, who drops an assist for a triple-double with his team up 62-55. Dort hit the OKC Thunder’s first three-pointer, but the visitors won’t be able to get up if they don’t defend like they did in the first quarter.

Dallas, ahead of the half. The game has reached its midpoint and the Mavericks are up 51-46 at home despite going 4-19 on three-pointers against an opponent that is worse in that division: 0-7. The Mavs are dominating the rebounding and, while not getting much from their second unit, are being held up by Doncic and a solid showing from Powell this time as a starter. The visiting team was supported by 11 points from Shai and the work of rookie Jalen Williams, with nine points.

Big time for the Mavericks. Partial 14-4 for the Texans, capped by a spectacular play that ended with Powell’s shot above the rim. Doncic is already close to a triple-double, with 11 points, six assists and four rebounds. Dallas leads 44-40 with 3:30 left in the first half.

The first quarter went to the OKC Thunder. The visitors prevailed 27-25 after the opening 12 minutes, with nine points from Gilgeous-Alexander and four goals and three assists from Pokuszewski. Doncic already has nine points and five assists, but is a poor 2-7 from the field. Dallas has struggled to score in the paint, where it was easy for OKC, and that’s why they’re winning even though they haven’t made a 3-pointer yet.

OKC takes the lead. A 21-17 lead for the visitors, amid an 11-2 run for them, boosted by defense and points from their guards, which Dallas cannot contain.

Equal start. After six minutes of play, everything is tied in Dallas at 15-15. Doncic is splitting the play for his teammates and the entire Mavericks starting lineup is already scoring, but on the other hand neither Sy nor Pokucevski are having trouble finding the rim.
