44 and Maxi’s terrible shot chart against the Raptors

Tyrese Maxey had a dream performance in the Sixers’ 112-90 win without Joel Embiid over the Raptors in Toronto, reminiscent of the player who impressed last season.

The third-year guard had a career night, finishing with 44 points on 6 of 8 2-pointers, 9 of 12 three-pointers, 5 of 6 shooting, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal and 2 turnovers in 40 minutes of action in one unique performance.


Maxi was unstoppable and added another 11 points with his 4 assists, according to InStat Scout. Overall, he was responsible for 55 of his team’s 112 points.
