Tatum slams, then duns Mitchell to make first NBA top 10
Jayson Tatum beat Mitchell and dunked him to send the Celtics’ game against the Cavs into overtime and earn himself the first spot in the NBA’s top-10.
The Boston Celtics failed to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers despite the honorable efforts of Jayson Tatum, who managed to take the match into overtime with two terrible and back-to-back stages.
The 24-year-old forward from last year’s NBA finalists hit it impressively 6.7″ before the end of regular time and tied for a 107-107 while playing a terrible defense in the next period, tapping Donovan Mitchell who raised for a three-pointer. It was with those actions that Tatum was able to turn the game around win first place in the daily top-10.
