Isaiah Thomas spoke to the Cosmote TV camera about Giannis Antetokounmpo and how bad he thinks about Michael Jordan.

Speaking on Cosmote TV’s camera during the NBA games in Abu Dhabi, Isaiah Thomas singled out Giannis Antetokounmpo for his determination and professionalism. At the same time, however, he again referred to the conflict with Michael Jordan and characterized “Air” as Mal*** on the occasion of his statements and actions in “Last Dance”.

What he said in detail about the Cosmote TV camera:

– The question is very hypothetical. If Giannis Antetokounmpo had played in your time, would he have been able to physically withstand the Detroit Pistons’ contact game?

Yes of course. Because he plays with so many contacts himself. His will and dedication would help him be dominant“.

– We asked you during the NBA All Star Game last year if there was a chance you would sign with a Greek team in 1994. Do you remember what happened back then?

I had an offer from two positions. From Greece and Italy to come to Europe and compete. It was a big dream of mine that a world tour would follow after I left the NBA. I wanted to play for a team from abroad to have that experience. At the same time, I wanted fans who weren’t in the US to be able to see me at the competitions. That didn’t happen because at the very beginning of this organization’s existence in Canada, I became a co-owner of the Toronto Raptors. If that hadn’t happened, I probably would have played another two years outside of the US“.

– You are the definition of a winner. Do you think one of the biggest victories, if not the biggest, was making it and surviving the tough neighborhoods of West Chicago?

One hundred percent. My childhood, growing up, was so difficult to find my bearings. Looking back, I see a lot of happiness in terms of where I am right now. But there were many who helped me. On any given day, and I mean that literally, if I had made the wrong decision, my life would have changed drastically. Every day I was lucky not only to meet the right people, but also to make the right decisions“.

– Do you think that the most important person in your life was your mother, who acted as a block to any negative influence from your environment?

The answer is yes, and even now that I’m older (seeing) what my mother did for me and our family, I have no idea how she managed it, how she channeled the strength and courage that she must have to keep us all in the right path. On the way to understand and live the USA, seeing everything that happened in more intense times, in the 60’s and 70’s but also to this day, for an African American woman you have to admire what she did but also appreciate that there are some things you don’t know yet. But she faced them. That was a great question, by the way, and thank you“.

– I’m sure you’re fed up with these questions, but you seemed to have buried the hatchet with Michael Jordan, but it was dug up after “The Last Dance.” Do you think this confrontation will never end?

Probably not. Not now. As I said, I watched Last Dance with my family and thought everything was fine. Until this guy comes on TV and says he hates me and calls me an asshole. Then I moved on to the documentary that shows how much of an asshole he is himself. I thought half a minute. time out Until I get a public apology from Michael Jordan, our feud will go on for a very long time because I’m from Chicago’s West Side“.
