Sprained Morad, out of action for at least a week
Bad news for the Grizzlies after Ja Morad suffered a sprained left ankle and will be out for at least a week as he fears missing more time.
Yes, Morad is – again – on the sidelines of the Grizzlies. The Memphis star suffered a sprained left ankle in the team’s last game against the Thunder (a 121-110 win) and will be out for at least a week, with the possibility of longer.
According to the Grizzlies’ official release, Morad’s case is reviewed weekly, which leaves room for a significantly longer absence unless he recovers faster.
This season, Morad is averaging 28.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, 7.1 assists, and 1.1 steals in 33 minutes of play.
