Terrible nuggets, they conquered the Golden State with a buzzer beater from Monte Morris
A terrible game took place at the Golden State, with the Nuggets bouncing back from -16 and beating the Warriors 117-116 thanks to a buzzer-beater three-pointer from Monte Morris. Nikola Jokic stopped at 35 points.
Bam and down with the Warriors! The Nuggets put on a great showing at the Golden State, closing a 16-point margin and taking the win 116-117 thanks to a Monte Morris buzzer-beater after a Nikola Jokic assist!
This was only the Nuggets’ second lead in the match. The first was… a few seconds earlier when Morris scored in surprise to make it 113-114, followed by a shot and a foul by Steph Curry and finally Morris’ three-pointers.
Nikola Jokic topped the winners with 35 points, 17 rebounds and 8 assists, with Brin Forbes up 22 points.
With the Warriors, Carrie had 25 points (but with 1/7 threes) and Clay Thompson had 16 points (but with 5/15 shots).
