Super Magic, they shocked the Celtics in Boston

The Magic are unlikely to have defeated the Celtics 117-109 in Boston, even hitting +19 in one match for their 5th straight win. Wins for Knicks, Cavaliers, Hawks, Kings and Wolves.

The Magic have been on a good way lately. Still, few expected to go to the home of the team with the best record in the NBA and win. Yet they did just that, beating the Celtics 109-117 in Boston and even going +19 in one match!

Moritz Wagner with 25 points and Paolo Bankero with 20 points led the winners, Franz Wagner contributed 19 points.

For the Celtics – who saw Robert Williams play for the first time this year – Jayson Tatum had 31 points and Jaylen Brown had 26 points.

Bulls – Knicks 91-114

The Knicks train didn’t stop in Chicago either. The New Yorkers shot 17 of 44 from 3-point range, defeated the – disappointing – Bulls 91-114 and won their sixth straight game, improving their record to 16-13.

ARJ Barrett led with 27 points, with Jaylen Brunson and Quentin Grimes adding 22 points each and Julius Randle adding 19 points and 12 rebounds.

With the Bulls, Zach LaVine had 17 points and DeMar DeRozan had 14 points.

Cavaliers – Pacers 118-112

The Cavaliers fought the Pacers. They lost -13 (90-103) in the fourth quarter. But they eventually found a way to take the 118-112 win, relying on a 35-18 split in the fourth quarter.

Donovan Mitchell led the Cavs with 41 points and 8/15 threes, with Darius Garland adding 20 points and 10 assists and Evan Mobley adding 16 points and 9 rebounds.

For the Pacers, Benedict Mathurin had 22 points and Tyrese Halliburton had 17 points and 14 assists.

Hornets – Hawks 106-125

The Hawks faced the Hornets without Murray, Collins and Capela. Still, they had more solutions than Charlotte and earned a comfortable 106-125 win, even leading by 24 points at one point.

Trae Young with 31 points and 9 assists led the way for the winners, with Bogdan Bogdanovic adding 28 points on 7/10 threes and 9 rebounds.

For the Hornets, LaMelo Ball had 27 points on 7/13 three-pointers) and Kelly Oubre had 16 points.

Pistons – Kings 113-122

The Kings did the right thing in Detroit. They played beautiful basketball and survived the Pistons 113-122 with 7 players scoring in double figures and improving their record to 16-12.

DeAaron Fox’s 24 points led the way for the winners, with Domantas Sabonis adding 23 points and 13 rebounds and Keegan Murray adding 20 points.

With the Pistons, Bojan Bogdanovic had 22 points (but on 6/16 shooting) and Jaylen Duren had 15 points and 14 rebounds.

THE DODECALPTA: 29-28, 63-55, 86-93, 113-122

Thunder – Wolves 110-112

The Wolves were without Towns, Gober and Russell in Oklahoma City, but that didn’t stop them from embracing a 3-game losing streak and claiming an exciting 110-112 win.

Naz Reed led with 28 points, Austin Rivers added 20 points and Anthony Edwards had 19 points and 11 rebounds.

For the Thunder, Cy Gilgeous-Alexander had 35 points and Aaron Wiggins had 14 points. Alexei Pokushevsky started in the starting XI and had 9 points on 3/8 shots (1/5 3-points), 2/2 field goals, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal and 2 blocks in 24 minutes of action.
